eLearning Module for Back office operation for training on executing orders using the centralized Web based Order Processing tool.
Challenges:
The orders
were divided into 3 categories depending
on their complexities. The knowledge
was only available in the minds of
the user group and no documentation
or instruction guides were available.
Difficulty:
To remember the sequence
of the steps to be carried out for
executing an order of a particular
type. To understand the common process
and implement it for all order of
the same type.

Once
the difficulties identified
and land of research
cultivated then we came
up with following points
of solution to process
further.

modules giving the learner
a simulated environment
to try out the orders
and learn in the process.

had to be a multilingual
tool with the possibility
of updating questions and
Answers in German or English.
Also provision
for user management and
Question Management was
to be provided through an
admiznistrative interface.
The results
of the tests were to be
maintained within the system
for the management to review
the performance of the individual
over a period of time.
